Topic 2 : Creativity Lesson Plan Using The Dynamic Instuctional Design

I believe, before using any tools in the classroom, a teacher needs to plan sufficiently. Actually, there's  a different between traditional learning environment and new learning environment.New learning environment related with 21st century learning embodies. it approach to teaching that marries content to skill. without skill, student are left to memorize facts, recall details for worksheets and relegate their educational experience to passivity. without content, student may engage in problem-solving or team-working experience that fall into triviality . Instead, 21st century learning paradigm offers an opportunity to synergism the margins of the content vs skills. Embracing a 21st-century learning model requires consideration of those elements that could comprise such a shift: creating learners who take intellectual risks, fostering learning dispositions, and nurturing school communities where everyone is a learner.

Beside, this topic also introduce me with ISTE's. Actually, it was a framework for implementing digital strategies in education to positively impact learning, teaching and leading. Along with the standards themselves, ISTE offers information and resources to support understanding and implementation of the standards at a variety of levels.

To help our lesson plan, there's a three types of learning that we can use :
1. Personalized learning - include deep learning, deep support, deep experience and deep leadership
2. Blended learning - by face-to-face and e-learning
3. Flipped learning - differences  between learning in a traditional mode
